The construction management office is expanding and additional support is needed. General hours are somewhat flexible but expect Mon.-Fri. 1-8 pm; and some Saturdays, 12-4 pm.

Duties include but not limited to:

Managing calls (excellent customer service skills)
Scheduling (excellent time management skills)
Computer savvy (Word, Excel, Quick Books, Google Docs)
Ability to write correspondence letters; newsletters; flyers; procedures
Understanding the bidding processes; cost comparisons
Research abilities (reference checking, background checking, verifying accounts)
Ability to travel to local suburbs and other cities within a 250 mile radius
