Davidoff Mission-Driven Business Strategy is seeking a dedicated individual to manage the day-to-day business affairs for the firm and provide executive assistance support.

Position Description

The Executive Assistant and Business Manager will manage the business affairs for the firm, and work closely with firm leadership provide executive support. Specific duties include:Executive Assistance/Administrative
• Support firm leadership in managing and responding to email
• Manage the travel schedule for firm leadership
• Schedule meetings for team members
• Handle day to day administrative tasks
• Oversee office managemen

• Create and maintain basic financial reporting systems, including financial reports for company profit and loss and client profit and loss, among others
• Work with the firm accountant and founder to ensure the company’s Quickbooks, bank accounts and credit lines are updated and maintained
• Work with the firm’s founder and accountant to create financial growth models
• Manage client invoicing
• Receive and cut checks

Marketing and Sales:
• Create and manage timelines for firm marketing activity
• Support the creation of marketing/sales collateral
• Prepare reports of social media/website traffic
• Create and manage timelines to meet sales goals
• Support firm leadership in sales outreach via phone and email
• Schedule sales meetings

• Minimum of three years of experience in a professional role
• Previous experience managing projects with minimal direction and oversight
• Previous experience in generating new processes/projects, launching said process/project and maintaining it
• Previous experience in a highly relational position
• Basic marketing and financial knowledge
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Ability to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar skills
• Strong attention to detail skills
• Desire to help grow the company
• Commitment to long term learning and growing (personally and professionally)
• Required: proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Preferred: familiarity with Quickbooks, Actitime and Salesforce

Compensation: Commensurate with experience
