The Position:

We are currently looking to fill a unique position within our Customer Service Department. The position is for a Customer Service Associate. This position requires the right candidate to be responsible, organized and driven to maintain positive relations with both customers as well as vendors/suppliers.

The Customer Service Associate's responsibilities will be including (but not limited to):

- Being the point of contact for escalated customer concerns.

- Provocatively reaching out and following up with both to customers as well as vendors/suppliers.

- Answer phone calls and responding to customer and vendor/supplier emails within our companies quality guidelines and policies.

- Listening to the concerns of customers and offering qualitative and efficient resolutions.

- Outside the box critical thinking.

Daily tasks include:

- Daily emails and phone call follow ups

- Maintain contact with concerned customers while adhering to quality guidelines

- Diffuse and deescalate customer concerns

- Maintain accurate records in our internal CRM system
